Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost.

4. Use of Safe Products

We use only non-toxic, plant-based cleaning products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please notify us in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in cleaning your space, Renew & Refresh Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not directly caused by our staff. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
