Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

Renew and Refresh Cleaning is a locally owned and operated cleaning company in Draper, Utah since 2025. We value relationships with our clients and take pride in delivering top-tier quality service. Our clients appreciate our detailed and personal approach, enjoying the consistency of seeing the same friendly faces at each cleaning. More than just keeping homes sparkling clean, our team members build strong relationships with clients and bring passion to every job.

About The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team in Salt Lake City. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. You’ll be responsible for providing residential cleaning services in line with our quality and eco-conscious standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality routine, deep, and one-time residential cleanings
  • Follow cleaning checklists and complete client-specific notes
  • Maintain professionalism in client homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold our brand values
  • Use only approved natural, non-toxic products
  • Light organizing (as needed/requested)
  • Communicate schedule updates and job notes with the team

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior cleaning experience is required
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency
  • Comfortable working solo and in teams
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and manage stairs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass background check
  • Fluent in English
  • Smartphone required for company apps

Job Details

  • Position: Part-time (10 – 20 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM
  • Service Type: Primarily residential cleaning with some commercial jobs
  • Technology-Driven: We use apps for schedules, job details, and communication
  • Pet-Friendly: Our clients’ pets are important family members!
  • Key Skills: Communication, problem-solving, and customer service
  • Supplies: We provide all cleaning products and tools
  • Location: Salt Lake County, Wasatch County (as needed)
